Are we living in weird times or what? Unless you are an epidemiologist, who would have imagined that our bingo card would include a tiny virus that looks like a floatable dog toy and wants to kill us.
I have never understood why killing us is a good idea from the virus’s perspective. Doesn’t that mean the virus loses its comfy home? It’s really, not good planning if you think about it.
This pandemic has gone on long enough that it is starting to sort itself into distinct phases. Each phase includes plans for how each family lives at home. And for those of us who participate in dog sports, there is a second layer of decision-making. I would like to share the journey in four phases.
Clearly there are more phases to come. It seems that this will be a long and convoluted journey. It feels rather like a board game with our marker on the fourth box. It is hard not to stretch too far too fast. At least we have our dog pack while we wait for the next move. In the meantime, I just wonder if anyone has a small RV they would like to sell.
At least we have our dog pack…
